Terry Cove Motor Coach Resort is a private, gated resort community designed specifically for Class A Motor Coaches. Each of the 47 lots in this resort are 40' x 70'. This lot features premium placement due to its spacious pull-thru positioning. The 12'x 18' screened gazebo is fabulous for relaxing outdoor living space. Gazebo is fully furnished including privacy screening and TV. Plenty of room for preparing meals as a possible outdoor kitchen. The coach house has TV, sink, toilet, and bunk beds. The Homeowners’ Association has approved additions to owners' coach houses to enlarge livable space.
