Absolutely beautifully decorated gulf front one bedroom unit with hall bunks in one of the most loved gulf front resorts in the area. Great unit on the perfect floor and location in center of the building. The unit shows unbelievably good. Beautiful wood style tile floors throughout. Stove, refrigerator,dishwasher are stainless and were new in 2017. Stack washer and dryer were also new in 2017. Microwave and garbage disposal were new in 2019. The large gulf front deck overlooks the gorgeous, lush, tropically landscaped pool, hot tub, tennis court, baby pool, putting green, the emerald green Gulf waters and the sugar white sand. Gulf Shores Plantation Resort is an awesome gated destination resort. There is an onsite restaurant called Sassy Bass, basketball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard, steam room, work out room, sauna, horseshoes, meeting room, 2 indoor pools (one is salt water), many out door pools. This building has a generator. This resort abuts the award winning Kiva Dunes Golf Course and their restaurant in Kiva Lodge which is open to all. The entire complex has been updated and refurbished and is beautiful. This owner pays $600 extra per year for the access to the new salt water pool. Tons of parking for all. Very healthy Association.
