Great home with three bedrooms, one bath, a bonus room and a remodeled open kitchen with GRANITE countertops being sold as-is. All the things that help you get good insurance and included in this home are: Architectural shingle roof, newer tankless gas water heater and newer HVAC and copper wiring.
